What is Floways?

Floways is a complete church management platform built in Australia for the world. Twelve modules - People, Giving, Ticketing, Groups, Services, Check-Ins, Bookings, Registrations, Sites, Content, Floways AI and a branded mobile App - run on one platform and share the same data, so congregation records, giving history and event signups all live in one place.

How much does Floways cost?

People, Giving and Ticketing are free on every plan. Paid modules are bundled into Floways Core at A$99 per month and Floways Complete at A$169 per month, both excluding GST. Large churches get custom pricing. All paid plans include a 30-day free trial and no credit card is required to start.

Is Floways really free?

Yes, for People, Giving and Ticketing - and not as a time-limited trial. People is free forever for unlimited member profiles. Giving is free and runs on processing fees only: 1.75% plus A$0.30 for cards, and 1.5% plus A$0.45 capped at A$5 for BECS direct debit. The Ticketing module is free on every plan, with a per-ticket platform fee that attendees pay by default.

Does Floways charge per member?

Never. Pricing is based on the modules you use, not the size of your congregation. There are no per-campus charges either - one subscription covers every campus, satellite and church plant.

Where is our church data stored?

In Australia. Floways runs on cloud infrastructure in Sydney with all data stored in Australia, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

Security and data residency

Can we switch from Planning Center, Elvanto or Tithely?

Yes. Basic data migration is free on every plan, and you can run Floways alongside your existing platform until you are ready to switch. If you would like us to configure your modules and train your team as well, we offer a paid implementation service, scoped and quoted after a conversation.
