Simon founded Vinteract in 2013 under Verto Group to serve churches with better tools for ministry. Over a decade later, he continues to shape the platform and its mission, even as leadership has broadened to bring fresh perspectives and expertise. Simon is recognised as a thought leader and the strategic mind behind our founding vision to help churches and non-profits thrive digitally.
John Sriskandarajah
John grew up in the church - literally. As a pastor's kid, he's seen from the inside what it takes to run a healthy congregation, and what happens when the tools get in the way. He brings a strong background in software and technology to the role, taking over as CEO in 2025 and rebranding the company to Floways - with a clear mandate: rebuild the platform from the ground up and make it genuinely world-class.
