Is there a free trial?
Yes - 30 days free on all paid plans. People and Giving are free forever. No credit card required to start.
Are there per-member fees?
Never. Our pricing is based on module usage tiers, not how many people are in your congregation. Your church grows - your bill doesn't.
What happens when my trial ends?
Paid modules are soft-locked. Your data is preserved. People and Giving remain fully active. Add a payment method any time to restore access.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrading: data is preserved, modules inaccessible until you upgrade.
What is Dedicated Support?
An A$799 one-time add-on with Core and Complete plans. Includes setup sessions with a Floways specialist, data migration help, and 60 days priority support.
Do you offer multi-campus pricing?
Yes - one Floways account covers all your campuses. Spaces and permissions handle campus isolation. No per-campus fees.

Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a volume commitment is available via the Large Church path. Month-to-month with 30-day cancellation is the default for self-serve plans.
