A$799 per year plus GST, and you can add it to any plan. It covers priority email and phone support for 12 months, a named support contact who knows your church, and responses within 4 business hours. It renews automatically each year - we email a reminder before each renewal, and you can cancel any time before it renews. It does not include setup or configuration work - that is our implementation service.

Basic data migration is free on every plan. Beyond that we offer a paid implementation service - we configure your modules, workflows and permissions, train your admin staff and ministry leads, and run a staged rollout ministry by ministry. It is scoped and quoted after we talk about your size and the system you are coming from.

There is no fixed price. Implementation is quoted per church, because the work depends on your size, the platform you are migrating from, and how much you would like us to do. Book a demo and we will scope it with you.

Yes - one Floways account covers all your campuses. Spaces and permissions handle campus isolation. No per-campus fees.

Card: 1.75% + A$0.30 per transaction. Direct Debit (BECS): 1.5% + A$0.45, capped at A$5. International cards may incur additional fees.

The Ticketing module is free on every plan. Per ticket sold: a A$1 platform fee (or 20% of the ticket if under A$5) plus card processing of 1.75% + A$0.30. Attendees pay the fees by default; churches can choose to absorb the fees per event.

Annual billing with a volume commitment is available via the Large Church path. Month-to-month with 30-day cancellation is the default for self-serve plans.

Every plan includes storage at no extra cost. Build Your Subscription includes 2 GB, Floways Core includes 10 GB, and Floways Complete includes 25 GB. Storage is shared across all modules - profile photos, group resources, service media, website uploads, and more. If you need more space, you can upgrade your storage any time from your admin panel, starting at A$5 per month for an additional 10 GB.

All files you upload across every module count towards your storage - profile photos in People, chord charts and audio in Services, shared resources in Groups, and media uploads in Sites. System-generated thumbnails and cached content do not count.

You will see a clear notification when you are approaching your limit. If you reach 100%, new uploads are paused until you free up space or upgrade your storage. Your existing content and downloads are never affected. There are no surprise charges - you choose when and whether to upgrade.
